The children’s ministry of FUMC exists to…
- Show the love of God to each child that they may come to a real faith
- Help children learn and grow in their faith through discipleship
- Enable children to respond to their faith through outreach to others in the community
Nursery
Our nursery is available for infants through three year olds during all of the worship services and Sunday school.
Wednesday Night Fellowship
Children from preschool through fifth grade are welcome to join us every Wednesday night for family dinner, learning about God, and special projects. The purpose is to provide a fun interactive setting where kids can learn about and worship God through songs, prayers, scripture memory, lessons, and other activities.
Sunday Morning Worship
Groups are available for children of all ages during the 10 a.m. Sunday morning small group hour. Children’s church is a special time for children ages 4-7 to experience their own learning time during the sermon portion of the 11 a.m. worship service.
Children’s Ministry Team
FUMC is thrilled with the many people who have given generously to minister to our children and their spiritual development. Everyone who works with our children has undergone a background check and special training to insure your child’s safety.
